Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits are nonrefundable. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals may result in the loss of your deposit, payment, or scheduled service time.

All apothecary sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Concerns must be reported within seven days of delivery or pickup.

Our holistic services and products support personal and spiritual well-being but do not replace medical or mental-health care. Results are not guaranteed. Please disclose relevant health conditions, pregnancy, medications, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services or using herbal products.

Disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, or boundary-violating behavior is not permitted. The Reiki Klubhouse reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to protect our clients, practitioners, community, and sacred space.
